1. Delivery Coverage

Ravora offers worldwide delivery from our fulfilment partners based in the United Kingdom and other regional production facilities. Most destinations are supported automatically at checkout. If your address or country does not appear as an available option, please contact us so we can confirm availability and assist with a manual order where possible.

Delivery timeframes vary according to destination, local postal services, and customs processing. Remote areas or regions with limited postal capacity may experience extended transit times.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

We provide several delivery options depending on your region. All fees and estimated timeframes are displayed clearly during checkout.

3. Processing & Tracking

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after the payment has been successfully confirmed. Once your order enters production and is prepared for dispatch, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details (where tracking is available for your destination).

Please allow a short processing period before your tracking link becomes active. Some postal systems may take 24–48 hours to update initial scans.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, VAT, handling charges, or local taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in Ravora’s product prices unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Any additional charges imposed by customs authorities are the responsibility of the recipient. Failure to pay import fees may result in delays, returned parcels, or disposal by customs agencies.

5. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure all shipping details entered at checkout — including full name, street address, postal code, and contact information — are accurate and complete. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause significant delays, failed deliveries, or return-to-sender situations.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or repeated failed attempts by the carrier, additional postage or redelivery fees may apply. These fees must be settled before a replacement shipment can be arranged.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or if tracking shows no movement for several days, please notify us as soon as possible. Reports of lost parcels should be made within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.

For damaged items, please provide clear photographs of:

  • The damaged product.
  • The shipping packaging.
  • The carrier’s label.

After we review the case, we will arrange an appropriate solution — such as a replacement or refund — depending on the circumstances.
