1. Accepted Payment Methods

Ravora currently accepts secure card payments made using Visa and Mastercard (both credit and debit cards). At this time, we do not support alternative payment systems such as digital wallets, bank transfers, or Buy Now Pay Later solutions. If additional methods become supported in the future, this page will be updated accordingly.

2. Currency & Pricing

All product prices displayed on ravora.co.uk are listed in GBP (£). Where applicable, prices may already include VAT based on your region. If your card operates in a different currency, your bank or card issuer may automatically apply its own exchange rate and may charge additional fees for foreign transactions. Ravora has no control over such fees or rate calculations.

3. Payment Authorisation & Capture

When you complete checkout, our payment gateway may place a temporary authorisation hold on your card to confirm funds are available. Funds are fully captured only once your order has entered production or has been confirmed for dispatch. If your order ships in several parts, partial captures may occur for each shipment. In cases where an order is cancelled before dispatch, any authorisation hold is automatically released by your bank.

4. Payment Security

All payments on ravora.co.uk are processed through a PCI DSS–compliant payment processor using secure, encrypted TLS connections. We do not store or access your full card number, CVV, or sensitive authentication data at any time. Depending on your bank’s security requirements, you may be asked to complete Strong Customer Authentication (e.g., 3-D Secure, one-time passcodes, app verification).

5. Billing Information & Fraud Prevention

During checkout, you must provide accurate billing details including your full name, address, and contact information. To prevent fraudulent transactions, our payment system may use Address Verification (AVS), cardholder checks, and automated fraud screening tools. In rare cases, we may request additional documentation to verify identity or confirm ownership of the payment method.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are shown during checkout based on your delivery address. Ravora uses the following standard rates:

  • Flat worldwide shipping fee: £9.99 per order.
  • Free worldwide shipping on orders from £50+ after discounts.

7. Discounts, Promotions & Coupons

Promotional codes, discounts, and coupons may be offered periodically. Unless otherwise stated, only one coupon may be used per order. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another customer, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly allowed. If an order paid with a discount is partially returned, any refund will be adjusted proportionally to reflect the value of the discount applied to the returned items.

8. Cancellations, Refunds & Chargebacks

If you wish to cancel an order before it enters production or dispatch, please contact us as quickly as possible at info@ravora.co.uk. Once your order has been dispatched, standard return procedures apply as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect returned items. Your bank may require additional time (typically one or two billing cycles) to post the refunded amount.

If you believe a transaction was made without your consent, we encourage you to contact us first. Filing a chargeback before reaching out may delay the investigation and resolution process.

9. Payment Failures & On-Hold Orders

If a payment fails, is declined, or is later reversed by your bank, we may place your order on hold or cancel it. For pre-orders or back-orders (if offered), we may keep an active authorisation until items go into production. If production cannot proceed, the authorisation will be released automatically by your bank.

10. Age & Legal Capacity

To place an order on ravora.co.uk, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding purchase agreement in your jurisdiction.

11. Data Protection & Privacy

Ravora handles all billing information strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We only store minimal, non-sensitive payment metadata such as transaction IDs, the last four digits of your card number, and card expiry month/year. Full card numbers, CVV codes, and authentication data are never stored on our systems.
